Volunteer Opportunities
Join the DCHS Team!
Volunteers can start their career with us at age 12. Through the years, youngsters and oldsters have given many hours of their time and worked side by side. As DCHS has grown over the years, so has the need for more volunteers. Volunteering is not just an individual effort.  If you can spare a couple hours a week would help.   Please call the shelter and volunteer.  419/658-2298

Wanted :  Board Members and Volunteers
You may not be able to do everything, but you can do something.  After all, every act of kindness counts!  Call the shelter at 419/658-2298 to find out what                                            you can do.  You may also email us by clicking on the link at saveapet@dchumane.org.

We also benefit from groups that come to help as well.  This a great opportunity to bring the family in
and instill life long values with your children. We simply could not survive without the help of dedicated, caring animal lovers, who generously volunteer their time. Our volunteers work hand in hand with DCHS to achieve one goal - to make the world a better place for animals everywhere.
